Job Summary
A company is looking for an Experienced Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, process, calculate, and adjudicate claims in compliance with plan documentation
- Provide service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies
- Meet or exceed daily claim production and customer service quality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-3 years of adjusting experience preferred
- Direct experience adjudicating medical claims or in-depth medical billing knowledge is highly preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply provisions of manuals, SPDs, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Claims System
