Experienced Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, process, calculate, and adjudicate claims in compliance with plan documentation
• Provide service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies
• Meet or exceed daily claim production and customer service quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 1-3 years of adjusting experience preferred
• Direct experience adjudicating medical claims or in-depth medical billing knowledge is highly preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply provisions of manuals, SPDs, and medical terminology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Claims System
