Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and following client-specific instructions
- Document customer inquiries and verify information, making necessary corrections
- Conduct outbound calls for surveying and follow up with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be a US Citizen or have 3 years of permanent residency
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen
- Must meet specific internet speed requirements for remote work
