Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Engineer, AMER (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot VoIP/SIP calls and RTP packets to identify call issues
- Replicate and resolve API issues reported by customers using Postman
- Analyze faxing issues using T.30 and T.38 protocols and internal tools
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of SIP, RTP, T.38, and related VoIP protocols
- Experience in a product support or application role
- Familiarity with web technologies such as APIs and SDKs
- Experience with SMS over SIP SIMPLE, SMPP, or HTTP
- Confidence with technology and network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark
