Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-routine tasks related to PA Renewals and document processes
- Quote annual renewal pricing and follow up with customers on purchase orders
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Proven administrative and customer service experience
- Confidence and independence in making follow-up calls to customers
- Ability to work effectively in both office and remote settings
- High school diploma required
- Proven ability in comparable roles
