Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via calls or the Internet and provide product education
- Manage multiple databases to research complex issues and notify clients of test results
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
