Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and document interactions in the system
  • Verify information from third-party entities and escalate complicated issues to a supervisor if needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST)
  • Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions
  • Ability to effectively work from home with a personal computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
