Job Summary
A company is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first-line support to associates remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support for IT products and services, including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Respond to and troubleshoot support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate support groups
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 1-2 years of direct Help Desk or technical support experience
- 1-2 years of experience using Help Desk ticketing systems
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with desktop hardware and peripherals
- Associate degree in a computer-related field desired
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
