Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Specialist, Licensed (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete applications and service forms for various financial products, ensuring they are in good order
• Research and resolve not-in-good-order issues by analyzing processes and collaborating with external companies
• Facilitate money movement on behalf of Financial Advisors and clients while ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry with knowledge of financial products
• Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems
• Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Licensing requirements: FINRA SIE and Series 6 required or to be obtained within 60 days of hire/transfer
