A company is looking for a DIFM Concierge (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and knowledge of products and services to customers
- Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries, ensuring exceptional service
- Educate customers on marketing tools and assist with strategy execution
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service; Account Management experience is a plus
- Technical skills, including proficiency in using a computer and learning new software
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes or technology
- Strong sense of customer care and prioritizing customer needs
- Openness to feedback and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
