Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (Southwest) Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots daily
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
