Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide first-line support for Outfitters and members in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Outfitters via CRM and phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Provide training and support related to adventure tools and processes, and communicate relevant information to the leadership team
- Facilitate member reservations and assist internal teams with data entry and other projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as scheduled
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Outfitters and team members
