A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to patients, providers, and caregivers with billing, claims processing, and prior authorization support
- Conduct outreach calls and track payer trends, reporting findings to management
- Maintain patient confidentiality and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of call center, customer service, and/or medical industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and medical claims terminology preferred
