A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to patients, providers, and caregivers with billing, claims processing, and prior authorization support
  • Conduct outreach calls and track payer trends, reporting findings to management
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of call center, customer service, and/or medical industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and medical claims terminology preferred
