Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to support Client Executives in managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Client Executives on daily client requests and escalations, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Act as the primary client contact for questions, issues, and escalations beyond the Customer Care and Client Operations teams
  • Manage operational tasks in Salesforce, including ticket creation, enrollment planning, and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a client service or support role
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with data and reports in Excel
