A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to enhance member satisfaction through outbound engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to members based on specific campaign criteria
- Assist members with navigation of the healthcare system and address health plan dissatisfiers
- Maintain daily call logs and participate in program improvement discussions
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in member engagement
- Experience in direct communication with members is required
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
