Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls for account follow-up and resolution of patient receivables
- Identify and escalate problem accounts as necessary
- Update patient account records and maintain production standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with collections in the healthcare revenue space is preferred
- High-speed internet connection required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
