Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients and guide them through software implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for all aspects of client projects and manage client onboarding
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and create project plans with organized tasks
- Maintain positive client relationships, measure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
