Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical operations and supervise clinical staff within the Contact Call Center
- Implement policies, ensure compliance with standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with practice leaders to develop workflows that enhance patient-centered care and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- MA state licensed RN with a bachelor's degree in nursing; master's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Recent clinical experience in telephone triage and knowledge of prescription protocols
- Experience managing patient populations through clinical triage algorithms
- Strong leadership skills in performance management and quality improvement
