A company is looking for an Air Services Customer Care-Ticketing Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with air transactions, fare rules, and schedule changes
- Provide member support and training for booking tools, hotels, and cars
- Handle complex air travel transactions, including exchanges, refunds, and reissues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with travel industry systems (GDS, Worldspan, Sabre, TRIO, Agent Air)
- Experience booking international and domestic travel
- Knowledge of current airline procedures and industry regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using a CRM and documenting customer activity
