California Licensed Behavioral Care Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via telephone, text, and chat
• Conduct assessments and triage calls to determine appropriate care and referrals
• Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with health service regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, etc.)
• Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, RN, LPC, or Psychologist
• 2+ years of direct clinical service experience
• Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
