Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via telephone, text, and chat
- Conduct assessments and triage calls to determine appropriate care and referrals
- Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with health service regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, RN, LPC, or Psychologist
- 2+ years of direct clinical service experience
- Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
