Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Non-Clinical Support Manager/REMS (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Non-Clinical Case Managers, providing coaching and performance management
- Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with REMS protocols and industry regulations
- Analyze team metrics to identify trends and prepare reports on performance and program success
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare patient support
- Leadership experience in a telephonic environment, including patient/HCP assistance
- Experience in maintaining high standards of work in a real-time contact environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced technology skills, including knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys
