Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Associate for the US institutional Retirement Contact Center - Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries regarding retirement benefits via phone, managing 40-60 calls daily
- Assist participants with account maintenance, plan enrollments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate with plan participants and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in retirement call center or customer service
- Minimum internet connectivity of 25MBPS+ and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Flexibility to work shifts based on call center hours
- Any graduate with proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, IRS regulations, and ERISA requirements
