Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Associate for the US institutional Retirement Contact Center - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries regarding retirement benefits via phone, managing 40-60 calls daily
  • Assist participants with account maintenance, plan enrollments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with plan participants and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in retirement call center or customer service
  • Minimum internet connectivity of 25MBPS+ and a quiet workspace for remote work
  • Flexibility to work shifts based on call center hours
  • Any graduate with proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, IRS regulations, and ERISA requirements
