Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with publisher and advertiser partners
- Lead onboarding for new partners and conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize account value
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide strategic recommendations to help partners achieve their KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retail media, advertising, e-commerce, or related fields
- Technical knowledge of affiliate tracking and e-commerce advertising, with CRM proficiency
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills
- Startup mentality, adaptable to rapid change and comfortable with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
