A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer service through electronic cases, phone, and online chat
- Resolve software issues and communicate with stakeholders until full resolution
- Collaborate with internal resources and third parties to assist clients and maintain case management records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred
- Prior Technical Support and/or Customer Service experience desired
- Familiarity with credit application, loan, underwriting, and credit scoring processes is a plus
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual
- Current major GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
