Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and customer service through electronic cases, phone, and online chat
  • Resolve software issues and communicate with stakeholders until full resolution
  • Collaborate with internal resources and third parties to assist clients and maintain case management records
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred
  • Prior Technical Support and/or Customer Service experience desired
  • Familiarity with credit application, loan, underwriting, and credit scoring processes is a plus
  • Self-motivated and highly organized individual
  • Current major GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
