Key Responsibilities
- Field general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clients
- Provide service and platform training to clients and consult on best practices
- Coordinate internal support resources and collaborate with various teams to ensure client commitments are met
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work items
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity in a changing environment
- Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related products
- Able to navigate obstacles and interpret data for stakeholders
