Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success (European based- Ideally Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Customer Success strategy to support retention, expansion, and growth objectives
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team with clear performance metrics
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to enhance CRM and client-facing tools for improved customer management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading Customer Success or consulting sales functions in SaaS, medtech, or similar B2B sectors
- Demonstrated success in driving B2B client growth through strategic support and value creation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience in collaborating with development/IT to improve tools and workflows
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish as a plus
