A company is looking for a Bill Coordination Case Manager to support their practice remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client medical bills and maintain organized case management through daily communications with hospitals, insurance providers, and specialists
- Act as a liaison between clients and medical providers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and updates to the legal team
- Coordinate PIP and MedPay claims, maintain records in case management software, and monitor payment deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a contingency law firm as a phone representative handling bill coordination and case management
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Access to two forms of power and two forms of internet
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases accurately
- Experience in drafting legal correspondence and providing excellent customer service
