A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain joint customer success plans and value plans, facilitating executive success reviews
- Conduct regular meetings with customers, ensuring strong management and engagement across designated accounts
- Identify revenue opportunities within the customer base and manage customer escalations to ensure satisfaction and timely outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS, HR tech, or Payroll industries
- Deep contract management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of customer service processes and expectations
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
