Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain joint customer success plans and value plans, facilitating executive success reviews
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers, ensuring strong management and engagement across designated accounts
  • Identify revenue opportunities within the customer base and manage customer escalations to ensure satisfaction and timely outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus at least 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Foundational knowledge of customer success in SaaS, HR tech, or Payroll industries
  • Deep contract management and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of customer service processes and expectations
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
