Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with customers and partners while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams to cultivate trusted advisor relationships
- Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
- Monitor service usage and compile detailed monthly reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the IT services industry
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
