Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months of inbound customer service experience
- Preferred: Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field
- Preferred: One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field
