Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary touchpoint for prospective and existing customers, representing the brand
- Answer inquiries and engage with customers across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Identify and escalate customer-reported issues while providing feedback on customer-facing changes
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in a support or client-facing role in a fast-growing environment
- Empathetic, curious, energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable personality
- Availability outside of standard 9 to 5 hours, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year for company retreats
- Excitement for a fast-paced, experimental work culture
