Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Korean Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries accurately and timely
- Mitigates complaints to prevent escalation and resolves basic problems
- Documents communications for quality and performance tracking in CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position, little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred
- Able to work 8AM-6PM PST
