Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Korean Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries accurately and timely
  • Mitigates complaints to prevent escalation and resolves basic problems
  • Documents communications for quality and performance tracking in CRM applications
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position, little or no previous experience needed
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Bilingual in Korean is preferred
  • Able to work 8AM-6PM PST
