- Ensure clients receive necessary support throughout the Customer Journey and collaborate with the Professional Learning team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing accounts in the EdTech sector
- Proven ability to drive revenue through growth, retention, and expansion
- Experience in client success planning and understanding client goals
- Strong product knowledge and regional expertise
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus
