Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management experience for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
- Competent in API/SDK concepts and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, or Python
- Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence preferred
- Strong execution and customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
