Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve support tools, including ticketing systems and help centers
  • Triage system issues and manage resolutions to ensure timely support
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrator of a CRM like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs is a plus
