Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve support tools, including ticketing systems and help centers
- Triage system issues and manage resolutions to ensure timely support
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrator of a CRM like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs is a plus
