- Train and supervise the Customer Service Representative team, conducting audits and performance reviews
- Provide updates and exceptional customer service to clients regarding case progress and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Significant experience in supervising or managing teams
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of company business lines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
