A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage benefits and testing information
- Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and quality metrics
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
- Experience in a customer service environment is preferred
