Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
  • Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage benefits and testing information
  • Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and quality metrics
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
  • Experience in a customer service environment is preferred
