ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on orders from external partners via phone and email
• Review repair proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturers' recommendations and appropriate pricing
• Analyze clients' needs and recommend solutions, including maintenance service proposals and cost-effective service locations

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Springfield, Missouri
• Minimum of 4 current ASE certifications required
• Six months of customer service experience and two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
