Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications and Education
  • At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business requirements
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
