Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Pharmacy Tech (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Provide professional phone assistance through a criteria-based prior authorization process
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all prior authorization approvals and denials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare or social services
- Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
