• Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email
• Use online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to empower clients

Required Qualifications

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Native speaker or fluent in English with a neutral accent required
• Available to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
