Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Korean Bilingual Member Engagement Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound/outbound calls to screen Medicare Advantage plan members for pre-eligibility status
- Assist members with general social programs and provide information on available community resources
- Meet performance metrics related to schedule adherence, telephone availability, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in Inbound and Outbound Call Centers with direct client interaction
- Bi-lingual in English and Korean
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate remote work environment
- Experience in benefits enrollment and social programs is a plus
