Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate II - BPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members based on specific criteria or campaigns
• Assist members with navigation and address health plan dissatisfiers to improve overall satisfaction
• Complete daily call logs and actively participate in program improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in member engagement
• Experience in direct communication with members is required
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required
• Advanced technical skills for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
