A company is looking for an Expert Consultant - Solution Customer Success Manager, Adobe Workfront (Adobe Practice).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute success plans aligning Workfront capabilities with client objectives
- Provide expert guidance on Adobe Workfront solutions and optimize client engagement
- Monitor client success metrics and identify value realization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in consulting or agency settings
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration
- Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert level)
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
