Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and influence category strategy
- Identify growth opportunities and lead negotiations with vendors for favorable terms
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective product delivery and promotional initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of sales experience, including three years in Customer Success or related fields
- Proven success in scaling Customer Success operations in SaaS or technology environments
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle management
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
