Job Summary
A company is looking for a PFS Customer Service Representative PBO.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls to assist patients and resolve billing and payment issues
- Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
- Reconcile account balances and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve payment issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
- Minimum of 1 year experience in finance and/or Patient Financial Services
- Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance processes
- Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
