Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting distributed systems with a focus on Microsoft products and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve Tier 2 issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues and maintain seamless operations for critical incidents
  • Document system changes and issue resolutions while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025) and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware) and firewall management
  • At least one advanced level certification is desired (e.g., AZ-104, CCNP)
  • Strong understanding of Azure IAAS offerings and DNS functions
