A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative - Greater Sacramento - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers calls and responds to member inquiries or forwards to appropriate personnel
- Researches and documents member calls/inquiries in a CRM ticketing solution
- Conducts outbound calls to members as needed for customer service issues
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience preferred
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology
