Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve complex issues related to brokers, groups, or members concerning insurance benefits, claims, enrollments, and billing
- Build rapport and confidence with external brokers regarding Healthcare Insurance
- Provide high-level concierge support to brokers as they sell the company's products
Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience required
