Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Dealer Operations - Phone Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via inbound phone lines using various systems and tools
• Serve as a subject matter expert on topics such as Operations, Trade Desk, and Compliance
• Complete and verify transactions requested by callers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 within 60 days of hire
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in the financial industry
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
