A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Work daily on user cases related to payments, transactions, and customer inquiries
- Process and resolve requests in the internal system, communicating with payment partners and escalating complex cases as needed
- Maintain high quality of request processing while meeting KPIs for speed and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in Customer Support or Payments Support, or successful completion of a test for candidates without experience
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
- Intermediate level of English (written)
- Ability to efficiently handle routine tasks and meet deadlines
