Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work daily on user cases related to payments, transactions, and customer inquiries
  • Process and resolve requests in the internal system, communicating with payment partners and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Maintain high quality of request processing while meeting KPIs for speed and accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in Customer Support or Payments Support, or successful completion of a test for candidates without experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
  • Intermediate level of English (written)
  • Ability to efficiently handle routine tasks and meet deadlines
